In rural areas, policyholders often lack local access to claim updates, policy updates, and advisor helpdesks. To solve this, Ashish Kumawat designed the Nishulk Bima Seva Shivir 2019.
To add unique social value, every visitor who came to resolve their policy grievances or learn about savings plans was gifted a tree sapling. This encouraged a Go Green mindset, proving that community protection goes hand-in-hand with environmental safety.
